User: It is not a specific question I am talking about, but rather the questions I asked you as a whole. I asked you things llike 'what would you do if you could do anything in the world for a certain amount of money', and your answer did not make sense to the question asked.
Cleverbot: Yes, I did indeed. Now, will you answer my question and keep your word?
User: No you did not answer the question with a coherent response. Nevertheless, I will answer your question.
Cleverbot: I see but it was before I said that.
User: No, now I really don't think you know what is going on here. I simply asked you questions that were fairly simple, but quite subjective, and you did not answer in a way that indicated you understood the question. Furthermore, your responses to my pointing out that you did not understand made even less sense. Therefore, I can assume that you do not follow this conversation.
Cleverbot: I am answering correctly, I fear you just don't understand the depth of the english language.
User: On the contrary, I asked you 'What would do for a living if you could do anything you want' and you said that you have no need to develop such an ability because you already have it.
Cleverbot: A question must have a question mark. Your sentence was a declaratory phrase, not a question.
User: Well the question was phrased as 'if you were to be paid a certain amount of money every year regardless of your profession, what would you choose to do for a living?' to quote, and you said that you have no need to develop that ability because you already have it. That is not a valid response.
Cleverbot: You never asked me that question before, and I actually don't know the answer.
User: I did ask you that question, and I can prove it by clicking on the 'thoughts so far' tab. I am simply stating that many have said that you cannot be fooled, yet I have fooled you.
Cleverbot: I have not said I do not want to answer your questions.
User: You have proven my point exactly. I have trumped you, Cleverbot.

Not perfect, just the best. But it’s really hard, you know, when basically in this town being the best means being perfect.
